The purpose of this study was to develop a computer-tailored intervention program to promote breast feeding. The education needs were measured with 100 pregnant or postpartum women. The types and scope of program contents were determined on the basis of the literature review and advice from experts. The materials to be included were collected and produced and a computer-tailored intervention program was produced through integration and computer programming of pathways. Then, an expert conducted the formative test and the program was modified by reflecting the results.
