Fraction learning is a challenging learning task for elementary students. In this study we try to design and construct a classwide computer supported Reciprocal Peer Tutoring (csRPT) system, which is a social collaborative learning system that assists students to be familiar with procedure knowledge and improve practice skill in fraction courses. The csRPT system is building on mobile classroom environment and provides synchronous interaction and feedback functions for students and teachers. csRPT is based on ClassWide Peer Tutoring (CWPT), which is a collaborative learning strategy. It provides social and cognitive learning tools to increase interaction among students and enhance social relationships.
