CSCL is believed to be a powerful pedagogical process to equip students with critical reflective capabilities to be more sensitive to cultural diversity, stereotypes and multiple perspectives. The elements of collaborative learning are drawn from research findings and come up with a new model to be implemented for our learners in the coming semester using the Web as an avenue for on-line self-reflection and peer on-going critical debate. Participants are learners of Bachelor Degrees who will be assigned with group work project. They will be required to undertake a critical analysis on fashion advertisements to question the taken-for-granted assumptions that have been perpetuated inequity and injustice, accompanying with reflective journals and a reflective paper. Findings of this project will examine if the created peer support system promote learners' critical reflection.
