138 children with initial stages of dysplastic scoliosis were examined by clinical, X-ray, neuro-physiological investigations. The Minor iodine-starch test we use to visualize the areas with neurological deficit and strictly correlates with the results of electro-excitability of muscles (EMG) and thermography. Using this test we checked children age from 8 to 15 years with initial forms of scoliosis. The analysis of the obtained results allows to reveal several variants of neurological deficiencies. The comparative analysis of the Minor test results with roentgenological studies revealed: high degree of correlation between the zones with impaired vegetative innervation, level of deformation and bone tissue changes.
